Ph.D. Degree Conferred to Janardan Mishra

Janardan Mishra a popular teacher-trainer and the founding-director of the Spoken English Centre, Ravenshaw Helpline, Cuttack has been deemed eligible for a Doctorate Degree in Translation from the Utkal University of Culture. His research thesis is “ରକ୍ତ ତୀର୍ଥ ଇରମ (ଓଡ଼ିଆ, ୧୯୮୬) by Dr. Jagannath Patanaik: an English Rendering and a Critical Evaluation.”
His research supervisor was Dr.Gopa Ranjan Mishra, former Principal of JKBK (Government) College and a visiting faculty to Utkal University. His thesis has been well-appreciated by Indranil Acharya, Vidyasagar University, West Bengal, Dr.Charuchandra Mishra of Kirodimal Government Autonomous College, Chhattisgarh, Dr.Jatindra Kumar Nayak, former Professor, Utkal University and Dr.Mrutyunjaya Mohanty, former Reader of Ravenshaw University.
Dr.Janardan Mishra is the fifth son of Late Fakir Charan Mishra and Kunjalata Mishra and the younger brother of Late Banamali Mishra, a former English Reader. He is a resident of JagannathVihar, Jagatpur, Cuttack. Dr. Mishra is grateful to his wife, Pranati, well-wishers, and above all, to God for this achievement.
